External Engagement Assistant

Job description:

Are you an enthusiastic, organised, administrative professional, interested in working in external relations, alumni relations or business partnership development? We have an exciting opportunity to join us as our External Engagement Assistant.

Working in our dedicated team in the Sheffield University Management School, you will support the School’s external relations work, using your organisational skills and customer service experience. Working with Business Parternships and Alumni Relations colleagues, as well as staff from across the University, you will develop a strong network of stakeholders to support the smooth running of events for our students, alumni and external partners.

As part of a World Top 100 University, and holding Triple Crown accreditation, The Management School is in the global elite of Business Schools. The External Engagement Manager is key to the continued success of the School.

• Has exceptional relationship management skills
• Has a track-record of high performance in a client relationship role
