Your evidence-based approach will help identify barriers to engagement and develop impactful solutions that make a measurable difference to retention, progression and attainment.
At UAL you will join a community of innovators and change-makers. Your work will directly influence the success and wellbeing of students while contributing to the College’s vision and long-term goals.
About you

An inspiring leader, you will have experience managing teams, setting clear objectives and driving performance. You will be adept at building partnerships, managing resources and solving problems with creativity and resilience. Above all, you will be committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every student can fulfil their potential.
