The Faculty of Medical Sciences delivers degree courses across five schools: Biomedical, Nutritional and Sport Sciences; Dental Sciences; Medicine; Pharmacy; Psychology. We have several opportunities for experienced Education Administrators and Education Assistants across our schools.
This essential role is based at our Newcastle City campus and provide comprehensive administrative support for all areas of student studies across the full student lifecycle (from registration, through progression to completion). The balance of responsibilities will vary according to the nature and scale of the programmes within the School.
As a member of our Professional Services, you will be working in highly motivated and well organised team.
You should be interested in working in a busy environment with varied activities. You should be proactive and be able to use your initiative and judgement to resolve problems independently. You should be numerate, have excellent IT and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively.
This role is based at our Newcastle City campus, specifically within the School of Pharmacy, providing comprehensive administrative support for all areas of student studies across the full student lifecycle (from registration, through progression to completion) to ensure that School, Faculty and Univeersity policies, deadlines and standards are met.
