About the Role

We are recruiting for a Research Culture and Policy Coordinator who will work across a range of areas such as research culture, research integrity and REF to support a dynamic team deliver a range of activities and initiatives.
About the Department
The Research and Knowledge Exchange Directorate (RKED) is a growing team that manages the whole lifecycle of research and knowledge exchange activities at SOAS, from supporting researchers to applying for funding, to generating research impact, and commercialising new knowledge.
Building on the success of our REF 2021 submission in which we were ranked 40th for quality, research excellence and intensity are core to SOAS Vision 2030. We have set ambitious targets and KPIs which define the outcomes we want to achieve and have given thoughtful consideration to creating an environment that supports their delivery. The Research and Knowledge Exchange Directorate is recognised as a key enabler of our strategic goals through the provision of expertise, insight and a high quality, frictionless service.
