Estates Services manages the University’s estate - one of the most iconic and diverse anywhere in the world. Our Engineering and Estates Maintenance team ensures that thousands of mechanical and electrical assets remain reliable, efficient, and safe.
About the Role
As Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for making sure that maintenance across the University’s estate is well planned, organised, and delivered to a high standard.
This is a varied role, where no two days are the same. You’ll balance operational oversight with strategic input, directly contributing to the safe running of one of the world’s most distinctive and demanding estates.

Candidates will be required to prepare a five minute PowerPoint presentation based on their previous experience within the Building Services Sector, or they can base it on what they consider/envisage to be the key duties of a Maintenance Planner.
