The University of Warwick is seeking to appoint a Technical and Resources Manager based in the Department of Psychology.
The key purpose of this role is to lead responsibility for the quality of the technical aspects of the Psychology Department. It is also to support and facilitate research projects plus provide IT and research skills to staff and students and make full use of available equipment, software, hardware and data.
The role helps design, develop, maintain, and improve resources, research and administration processes required to implement the research and teaching systems of the Psychology Department.
The role also ensures the provision of Health and safety of all departmental activities, visitors, staff and students.

About You
It is essential that you possess a good honours degree in a relevant discipline and some knowledge of Psychology.
This post represents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who will engage with our staff and students in managing all specialist Psychology IT resources (hardware, software and systems) in the Department.
Experience of IT support in a Higher Education environment is essential and in particular the needs in the discipline of Psychology.
