Student Fees Coordinator

In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the student finance experience. Working closely with the Student Finance Manager, you’ll help manage student and external customer accounts, drive improvements in financial systems and processes, and support fee and credit control operations within the Student Fees Team.

You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure service excellence, take the lead on Educational Partner reporting, and contribute to strategic discussions by representing Finance on committees and working groups. In this role, you will assist the Student Finance Manager in managing student and external customer accounts, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures. You’ll contribute to process improvement and system optimisation initiatives, collaborate with key stakeholders across Finance, Educational Partners, Schools, and Professional Services, and deliver critical debt reporting. 

The role also involves coordinating the student withdrawal process and, when required, deputising for the Student Finance Manager and representing the Finance function on committees and working groups.
