Saïd Business School is seeking an exceptional Head of Performance Marketing to spearhead our digital marketing strategy and drive measurable impact across brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement.
In this pivotal role, you will shape and implement the School’s performance marketing vision — overseeing SEO, SEM, Paid Social Media and other key digital channels. You’ll manage a talented team of specialists, work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and leverage data-driven insights to ensure our campaigns deliver outstanding results and ROI.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with the School’s broader goals.
- Oversee SEO, SEM and Paid Social, ensuring campaigns are integrated, optimised and performance-focused.
- Collaborate with data teams to leverage analytics, CRO and A/B testing to maximise results.
- Manage and report on performance marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
You will have extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven ability to manage and deliver successful multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM and Paid Social. You will be adept at managing digital agencies and budgets, with strong technical expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and SEMrush. Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach are essential, alongside proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
