About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the expanding Executive Education team at the UCL Global Business School for Health. The Executive Education administrator role play a vital role in delivering high-quality, customer-focused support across a portfolio of open enrolment and bespoke programmes for healthcare leaders worldwide. Our programmes are design to provide an executive customer experience with direct impact in areas of health and healthcare, and this role is central to this; managing the administrative processes from marketing and advertising support, recruitment, onboarding, and programme delivery support through to evaluation processes, ensuring a seamless executive experience. With several new custom and open enrolment programmes launching this Autumn, both online and in-person, your contribution will be key to the success of these and the continued expansion of Executive Education at GBSH.
About you
You’ll bring excellent administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, executive-facing environment. Confident working independently and collaboratively, you’ll have experience in higher education or a similar setting where precision, flexibility and professionalism are essential. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, engaging with senior stakeholders, and using digital tools like Zoom, Teams and Moodle. You will have experience of working in administration within Higher Education or a similar corporate or executive facing service delivery where skills are transferable.
