Unitemps Recruitment Consultant

Location: Unitemps Office Edgmond Campus near Newport Shropshire and The Quad at our Telford Site.

Unitemps, Harper Adams University provides temporary staffing recruitment solutions to internal departments and commercial clients throughout the UK. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop commercial sales across the area local to the University and our key national industries and fill roles in internal departments of the University. 

As a results-driven recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring the delivery of an efficient and compliant service. You will play a key role in supporting the employability of students, graduates and local jobseekers whilst meeting the staffing needs of university departments and external businesses. 

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will handle your own portfolio of commercial and internal clients. This is a 360-degree recruitment post requiring the post-holder to work successfully with clients and candidates at all levels, to offer effective recruitment solutions. You will also be involved in the full spectrum of business development and marketing activities to grow the Unitemps franchise at Harper Adams University.

Ideally the successful candidate will be educated to A-Level/BTEC level 3 or hold a relevant professional qualification gained in recruitment, sales or marketing.
