CMDA Teaching Fellow

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner.  We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

The Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) is a well established programme run by the Lifelong Learning Centre (LLC. We focus on working with mature learners who are employed locally and regionally. With growth in our recruitment, we are seeking to appoint an additional Teaching Fellow who will be responsible for delivery of a range of modules on the CMDA (programme details at: https://courses.leeds.ac.uk/ap07/chartered-manager-degree-apprenticeship-bsc).  This role will carry responsibilities beyond the teaching of modules, such as the provision of tutorial support and project supervision, holding tri-partite meetings and contributing to the development of the programme.

You will have excellent skills in the delivery of stimulating, high-quality learning that enables reflective integration of academic and professional perspectives, makes effective use of blended learning and is responsive to the needs of learners and employers. Applicants should be able to teach modules in the field of business management, which include Operational Management and Leadership and Change. We are happy to work with candidates to develop their teaching range.

Owing to the nature of this role, you will be required to have a substantive presence on campus with scope for some elements of the post to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
