Assistant Principal - Higher Education

University Centre of Sparsholt College has an ambitious strategy for continued growth, as a leading College in the UK for specialist land-based education. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual to lead the day-to-day management of the Faculty, which delivers Foundation, Bachelors and Masters Degrees.

The post holder will lead a dynamic, talented and progressive team. You may already deliver leadership services in a Higher Education setting or be looking to take the next step into a management role. If you hold quality of education close to your heart, and have a passion to advance an education offer that comprehensively meet the needs of the next generation, this role is for you.
