Birkbeck, University of London, has an excellent opportunity for an Associate Tutor in Critical Perspectives on People Management to join Birkbeck Business School and support the team this coming year 2026.
We are seeking an Associate Tutor to teach across the following module:
You will have knowledge of Human Resource Management or related disciplines (e.g. Employment Relations, Sociology of Work) and experience of teaching in Higher Education, especially at Undergraduate Level, and be qualified to the corresponding level of the award as required to teach (or demonstrate equivalent professional/industry level experience).

Contract

Remuneration
Payment is based on an hourly rate depending on length of continuous service with the College (starting rate £59.91 per hour inclusive of pro-rata London Allowance and holiday pay) for contact hours worked.
This hourly rate is based on the starting point of Grade 6 and is inclusive of a ‘Duties Related to Teaching Multiplier’ at 2.5, which covers preparation, teaching, administration, assessment marking and other examining duties in connection with the course.
