Are you exceptionally well organised and enjoy a diverse and wide-ranging workload? The University of Exeter are looking to recruit experienced, professional and efficient Research and Innovation Project Delivery Administrator. This role will be part of our Project Delivery Team, a pooled resource that support externally funded projects across the project lifecycle, across all disciplines and faculties on a fractional FTE or short-term basis. 

Interviews are expected to take place soon after the role closes, and they will include the completion of tasks and an interview with the Project Delivery Team Managers and stakeholders of the service. 

About the Role: 

As key members of the Project Delivery Team, you will be part of the dynamic team that contribute to a vibrant, supported and World Class research environment. You will be allocated a portfolio of projects to offer administrative support. These projects will be from a wide range of disciplines, with a wide range of academics. These challenging roles offer a unique opportunity to grow as an administration and customer services professional. 

Responsibilities: 

Provide advice, guidance, and administrative support to research staff and academics. 

Support the delivery of research and innovation projects across the project life cycle to ensure the success of research projects, and the management and mitigation of risks associated with research delivery, including any financial or operational risk.  

Support the development of REF (Research Excellence Framework) Impact Case Studies by collating the evidence for supported case studies. 

Work as part of the Project Delivery Team to support ad hoc project requirements and support the growth and continual improvement of the service.
