About the Post
Join our creative, collaborative Educational Development and Learning Design team at the University of Suffolk as we reimagine technology-enabled teaching and learning.
About the Team
Our vision is simple: we’re passionate about student success. We work in partnership with staff to transform learning and teaching, empowering students to become engaged, independent, and employable. Joining our friendly, forward-thinking team means working in an agile, supportive environment that values curiosity, innovation and shared success, where your ideas can help shape the University’s digital learning future.
Based in the Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching, our team works closely with academic and professional staff to design engaging, inclusive and sustainable digital learning experiences in Brightspace, our online learning environment. You’ll help facilitate design workshops, support staff development, and contribute to innovative projects that enhance learning and digital transformation in education across the University and our partner institutions.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive and people-focused, a problem-solver who enjoys exploring new ideas and technologies. You’ll bring creativity, collaboration and a willingness to learn to every project. Experience with educational technologies, data or pedagogy is an advantage, but what really matters is your enthusiasm for learning, willingness to take initiative and drive to positively impact our student experience.
For an informal conversation about the role, please contact Mary Cornelius, Educational Development and Innovation Manager (m.cornelius@uos.ac.uk).
