They also lead on the development and implementation of a unified King's-wide approach to capturing, assessing, evaluating and reporting impact through the creation of a Digital Hub and a Social Impact Framework that aligns OKI data with King's broader impact ecosystems. The postholder will improve measures of social impact for external reporting and institutional-level benchmarking exercises, support reputation building, and enhance internal reporting and decision-making processes. They will also work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external consultants to deliver an evaluation plan that supports OKI’s transition from pilot to business-as-usual, using evidence to demonstrate impact and inform future investment and strategic alignment.
