King’s College London is the leading destination for ambitious students from across the world because of our academic excellence, reputation, and research impact. The focus for King’s is to ensure the best possible experience across the student journey, from admission through to graduation, ensuring the service they are provided at King’s is inclusive, digitally enabled, and strategically aligned with King’s ambitions.
This is an exciting time to join King’s as we collectively work towards our strategic vision outlined in King’s 2030 and invest significantly in our student experience and student spaces. This role is responsible for the delivery of a range of services including academic quality, regulations and compliance, student administration and support, libraries and collections, student access, progression and success, and data, insight, and enquiry services.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President (Operations) and working in close partnership with the Vice Principal (Education and Student Success), you will drive institutional excellence across key domains. You will play a pivotal role as a member of both the University Executive and the Professional Services Executive, working collaboratively across professional services functions and the academic and student communities to advance the integration and continuous development of professional services across King’s.
We are seeking a transformational leader, able to work strategically and provide leadership in an environment of complexity and change to deliver lasting impact for students. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively across high performing, inclusive teams, whilst also working collaboratively with peers across Global Student Recruitment & Admissions, Estates & Facilities, the Student Union, and beyond, ensuring the student voice is embedded in service design and delivery.
