As a leading International Technological University, the University of Strathclyde seeks to appoint an ambitious and pro-active Lead Video Analyst who is passionate about utilising video and data to improve players’ tactical knowledge and team performance.
In addition to establishing a Video Analysis infrastructure, the Lead Video Analyst will be responsible for spearheading the launch and development of a video streaming channel to enable online spectating of sports matches by current and prospective students, staff and Alumni.
Applicants should be degree qualified in Sport Science/Coaching, Statistics or Sports Broadcasting and have a verifiable record of using video capture hardware (e.g. AI cameras) and analysis software (e.g. Nacsport or SportsCode) to improve sporting performance.
