About the Role
We are looking for reliable, conscientious individuals to add to our register of Invigilators. The appointment is offered on an ‘as required’ basis throughout the year, with the majority of sessions occurring between March and the end of June (possibly including Saturdays and Bank Holidays). Invigilators are scheduled on a session by session basis, in multiples of half days or whole days, according to their availability. There are 20 posts available.
The work involves laying out documentation onto desks, some basic administration, and the invigilation of each examination session. Sessions are normally 4.5 hrs, but some exams may be longer. Invigilators play a crucial role in providing a calm and structured environment to give our students the best possible chance of success in their examinations.
