The School of Social & Environmental Sustainability invites applications for the position of Lecturer in Education (Learning, Teaching & Scholarship) to contribute to the delivery of an excellent student experience by contributing to teaching, assessment and administration processes in Education for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, and to undertake scholarship to enhance learning and teaching in the School of Social and Environmental Sustainability.
The post holder will deliver courses across the MA Primary Education with Teaching Qualification programme and the Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Primary) programme. Whilst this is an open search, we particularly welcome applications from candidates with a specialism in at least one of the following fields: Curriculum and Assessment, Sociology of Education and Practitioner Enquiry.
This post is part-time (17.5 hours per week – 0.5 FTE) and is offered on a fixed term maternity cover basis of up to 12 months or until the substantive post holder returns.
