This full-time post is available on a fixed-term basis for 12 months.
The role is based on our Streatham and St Luke's campuses in Exeter.
Our Digital Hub is our staff and student facing help desk that provides critical support for staff and students using digital tools. The team are responsible for supporting staff and students in using a huge variety of digital tools and services such as: MyExeter App and Check-In support, OneDrive, SharePoint, Wi-Fi, course specific software and MS 365.
Being one of the core members of this front facing team. This busy and varied role would suit someone who has some experience in customer service and who would enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
