An opportunity has become available at University Information Services (UIS) for a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) Analyst with a background in incident response and resolution, with experience working with security technologies and services.
You will join a Security Operations team of analysts and engineers, working to deliver cyber-security for the University's ~60,000 students and staff.
Your work will be in a complex organisation, with a range of challenges that constantly evolve to meet new threats and business needs.

This position will divide their time equally between incident response and developing security capabilities. While there is strong emphasis on incident response, we welcome candidates with a range of security experience and interests to complement the existing team.
This is a hybrid-working role with offices at the University Information Services' building on the West Cambridge Site.
Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic disclosure (criminal records check) check and a security check.
