Summary of the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join the Analytics and Insight Team within the Global Advancement Office (part of the External Engagement and Global Division). This role is responsible for delivering high-quality data analysis and reporting to support and inform strategic decision-making across the department.
The postholder will design and build a range of reports and dashboards, analyse large datasets to uncover trends and generate actionable insights, and present findings clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
The postholder will have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in data visualisation and analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
The successful candidate will be capable of managing multiple priorities, delivering projects on time, and maintaining a high standard of quality in all outputs.
Experience using a CRM system is essential, and training will be provided for bespoke CRM data extraction tools.
