About the Role
This role provides essential administrative support to the medical school’s financial administration to ensure the accurate and timely payment of clinical placement setting providers. They will work closely within the Faculty’s NHS Finance Team under the guidance of the Finance Manager (NHS), the post holder will be responsible for the practical execution of financial administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will provide support to the IHSE Finance Team processing financial information, invoices, management accounts and placement related transactions for all the programmes within IHSE. The post holder will work closely with academic and professional staff.
About You
Applicants should be educated to A-level or equivalent and have experience in finance. A high level of numerical, analytical and IT skills is essential. The post holder will be extremely organised and work well on their own initiative. The ability to work independently, problem solve and prioritise tasks, and being able to work as part of a team is essential.
