LSE is committed to building a diverse, equitable and truly inclusive university
Salary from £42, 679 to £51,714 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £55,497 pa inclusive of London allowance
The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is a world-leading university, unique in its dedication to the social sciences. Named University of the Year 2025 by The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide, LSE is the UK’s top university and one of the most international institutions in the world, with 240,000 alumni across the globe and 146 countries represented in our student body.
The Philanthropy and Global Engagement Division (PAGE) serves, engages and works in partnership with alumni, volunteers, donors, global partners, organisations and the wider School community to increase engagement with LSE and support the School’s strategic priorities.
We are seeking a collaborative and proactive Alumni Communications Executive to join our PAGE Communications team and play a key role in supporting academic departments with communications to their alumni audiences. This new role will work with PAGE and LSE’s academic departments to plan and deliver engaging content and campaigns that strengthen alumni relationships and contribute to LSE’s broader engagement goals.
About the role
You will coordinate departmental alumni communications across the School, managing a central calendar to ensure activities are timely and strategic. Partnering with academic departments, you’ll help create compelling content – from newsletters and event invitations to social media features – tailored to their needs that complements, and contributes to, institution-wide alumni engagement activity. Acting as a trusted adviser, you’ll provide guidance and hands-on support to maintain consistency with LSE’s tone and brand. You’ll also train colleagues in using alumni email systems (currently Anthology) and share best practice to maximise impact. Using data and analytics, you’ll monitor performance and audience engagement, applying insights to refine and improve communications.
About you
We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.

LSE is committed to building a diverse, equitable and truly inclusive university.
