  • MSc in Financial Economics (MFE)
  • MSc in Applied Financial Economics (MAFE)
  • MSc in Law and Finance (MLF)
  • Doctoral Programmes in Management and Finance
  • BA in Economics and Management
  • Admissions for MFE, MAFE, Doctoral Programmes and the Recognised Student Scheme

Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every aspect of the student journey — from induction through to graduation — reflects the exceptional standards expected at Oxford Saïd. You will be responsible for the management, coordination and delivery of one or more degree programmes, translating the School’s strategic vision into a consistently outstanding student experience.

This role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable managing complex priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with students, faculty, professional services teams and external partners, ensuring smooth operations, excellent communication and compliance with University policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme and Event Management: Lead the management of one or more academic programmes from pre-arrival to completion, including timetabling, teaching logistics, electives administration and student communications. Plan and deliver key programme events such as induction, end-of-course ceremonies and open days.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across the School, University and partner institutions. Act as the main point of contact for programme matters, supporting students, faculty, and senior stakeholders.
  • Communications and Data Management: Prepare and distribute student communications, newsletters, handbooks and updates across platforms such as Canvas. Oversee student records, committee papers, and reports for governance, compliance and quality assurance.
  • Financial Management: Support the preparation and monitoring of programme budgets, manage procurement processes and ensure financial transactions are compliant and cost-effective.

You will have substantial experience in educational or project management, ideally within a higher education or professional setting. You will combine exceptional organisational and communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellence in all aspects of programme management.
