This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on Streatham campus and some from home.

This 0.8 FTE post is available immediately on a permanent term basis. Hours are semi-flexible to meet operational needs.
Summary of the role
The Education and Academic Services (EAS) Directorate is one of the largest of the Professional Services Teams and is responsible for delivering world-class educational services to Faculties whilst ensuring the best possible experience for our students and academics.
We are looking for timetabling administrators to help build and maintain the University timetable for staff and students who are attending classes located at our Streatham and St Luke’s sites. The post holder will have a key role in supporting academics and students to realise the best possible timetable for their teaching and learning at the University.
The successful candidates will enjoy problem solving, will be able to multi-task and will be committed to excellence in customer care. With experience in a range of office systems and software including Outlook, Word and Excel, the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively in writing, by email on the telephone and in person. They will also be an excellent team player and be committed to equal opportunities. Experience with various aspects of scheduling, events planning and stakeholder liaison would also be advantageous.
