About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to join our Student Services team. This is more than processing applications—it’s about supporting students at every step, from initial enquiry to enrolment, and making sure their experience reflects ECT’s commitment to quality and care. You’ll manage admissions processes, lead on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and scholarship administration, and collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve how we welcome new students.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and process applications accurately, ensuring compliance with UK HE regulations and GDPR.
  • Communicate outcomes and provide clear guidance to applicants throughout their application journey.
  • Support conversion activities, chasing leads and assisting with enrolment to maximise student intake.
  • Lead on RPL and scholarship processes, coordinating with academic teams and panels.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements across admissions and enrolment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in student admissions or a related role within UK higher education.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for higher education admissions.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • Confident communicator, able to support applicants from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and student record systems.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection standards.
