About the role

The Senior Website and Digital Content Officer is a pivotal role in the Faculty Marketing and Communications team, responsible for delivering strategic content that supports student recruitment, enhances awareness and builds reputation.

They will:

Manage and maintain the faculty website to ensure content remains accurate, engaging and is optimised for SEO, UX, accessibility best practice and legal requirements.

Develop, produce and deliver high quality, creative and strategically focused content that meets key brand, research and student recruitment objectives across impactful digital formats.

Lead in the planning and delivery of the faculty’s social media strategy. Proactively identify opportunities across research, academia, student life and events to support faculty objectives.

This role is available on a permanent basis and is available immediately. The role is offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum two days per week in our London Euston office.

About you

You will be an experienced digital content specialist with experience in managing website content, social media platforms and in developing and delivering multi-channel digital communications.

You will have:

  • Significant experience of managing websites using enterprise level CMS platforms.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools in a professional setting.
  • Exceptional writing skills and the ability to craft engaging, creative and compelling digital content for a range of audiences.
  • Experience using data dashboards, setting KPIs and digital analytics.
