This post is part-time, 34 hours per week and fixed term for two years.
The salary stated above is the pro-rata amount, the full time salary would be:
£32,185 – £35,066 per annum (Incl. LWA).
The post is open to graduates of the University of Westminster and is positioned within the Student Centre team, delivering first-line support for the majority of the University's student services.
The post holder will enjoy working on busy service points and answering customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and online. They will appreciate working in a dynamic and changing environment, with opportunities to learn and develop skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience of customer service and meet the criteria set out in the person specification. They will work well with a diverse range of customers and have excellent communication and information handling skills. They will also enjoy working collaboratively and flexibly as part of a number of teams.
Although this role is based at our Harrow campus, there is an expectation that staff remain flexible to work across our other campuses based at Cavendish and Marylebone.
