The opportunity
We are looking for a Specialist Technician to join our Technical Resources and Learning Technology teams at London College of Fashion, UAL, based at our East Bank campus in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
This role supports teaching, learning, research and knowledge exchange through the delivery of Accredited Digital Skills and specialist technical expertise across LCF. Working closely with students, academics and technical colleagues, you will contribute to an inclusive and innovative learning environment, supporting creative practice through specialist technologies, training and guidance.
You will provide second-line technical support, deliver formal and informal training, contribute to teaching and formative assessment, and support the safe and effective operation of specialist facilities. You will also work with course teams to develop technology-enhanced learning approaches and help ensure LCF’s digital and technical provision continues to evolve in response to academic and industry change.
