Are you a proactive and highly organised professional who enjoys providing exceptional executive support and contributing to the smooth running of a wider team?
If you are, you will thrive in this role.
This is a varied role, and you’ll be working as part of the wider Education Servies Operations Team.
About you
You will join a team of three Administrators supporting Education Services, with your focus being on providing Executive support.
You’ll build positive, effective relationships with colleagues at all levels, communicating clearly and confidently. You’ll feel comfortable representing senior leaders, preparing meeting papers, taking minutes, and ensuring actions are followed through.
Working closely with teams across Education Services and beyond, sharing information, coordinating activities and contributing to a supportive and efficient working environment. You will manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, track key activities and keep things moving. Whether coordinating executive meetings, monitoring departmental processes, or planning small scale projects, you take pride in being reliable and detail focused.
