About the role
We wish to appoint a Research Assistant to undertake fundamental research on markets and regulation for energy networks to support accelerated energy transition. The successful candidate will join the EPSRC Supergen Hub for Energy Networks, addressing critical commercial and regulatory challenges that will allow network operators and owners to cope with growing renewables and flexibility, rising uncertainties and complexity from rapid changing energy landscape.

The successful candidate will work closely with Partnerships within and outside the Energy Networks Hub. The candidate is expected to work with Bath colleagues engaged in energy research across the University, including advanced mathematics, statistics, and computer sciences

This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) fixed term basis for 12 months
