This is a busy role providing vital administrative support to the Henley Business School Student Support team, who support the needs of a diverse student body including undergraduate, postgraduate, international, post experience, and apprenticeship students.
As a Student Support Administrator, you will play a key role in assisting the team by handling a variety of tasks. These include responding to general student enquiries, processing requests for suspensions, withdrawals, and transfers, managing email extension requests, taking minutes at student meetings, and preparing letters to support authorised absences. You will also be responsible for collating and recording data in the Academic Engagement process and liaising with the School Director of Academic Tutoring and Departmental Directors of Academic Tutoring to arrange relevant support meetings and interventions.
You will also provide broader administrative support to the Student Support Coordinator and the Student Advice and Support Manager.
The role holder will need to have strong administrative and customer service skills and be willing to deal with a range of student queries in person, by phone, and via our online Helpdesk service.
You will be part of a busy team with a high pace of workload and a range of different tasks so will need to be comfortable with managing a varied and busy workload.
