We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HR professional to join our People Function as a People Partner (Talent Acquisition). This is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact — driving our 2025/26 talent acquisition priorities and contributing to key people and organisational development initiatives that shape the employee experience.
What you’ll be doing
As a People Partner (Talent Acquisition), you’ll be at the centre of our people agenda — delivering a wide range of HR activities with a strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, and people development. You’ll also play a pivotal role in a number of strategic projects, including:
About you
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has been operating as a generalist HR Business Partner in a small to medium sized organisation, with a solid understanding of the full employee life cycle, most recently in the talent acquisition space. You will bring practical experience, an adaptable, innovative and creative solution focused mindset to support a lean team in a dynamic changing environment.
