The Department
The Marketing, Recruitment and Communications Department engages in various activities to communicate our brand to all stakeholders and make the UWL’s mission and values visible to them. In addition, we facilitate the recruitment and admissions process of our students. The department comprises of five teams: communications & events, campaigns, digital, recruitment & customer relationship and admissions.
The Role
A supervisory role within the Admissions Team. To support admissions operations for the University. Deliver a courteous and efficient service for applicants in their seamless journey from enquirer to applicant to student. Provide a professional service to key stakeholders including the universities schools and other departments.
The Person
Candidates must be educated to A Level (or equivalent) standard and have previous experience of working in admissions in a supervisory role. Candidates must be self-motivated with a flexible, proactive approach to work, with strong leadership, organisational skills and attention to detail. A proven ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential. The post holder will be expected to work on site full time with the potential to work one day per week remotely.
