ABOUT US
Transforming lives through excellent education
London Met is an extraordinary institution. Equity and social inclusion have always been our driving principles, and it's what makes the University so unique. Our organisation is distinctive, both in its eclectic and diverse community of students and staff, and also for its historical role in serving some of London’s most deprived boroughs. Everything we do is underpinned by our philosophy that an individual should have the opportunity to transform their life through the power of education.
Equipping our students with the tools for their future is at the heart of our academic offering. We pride ourselves on providing our students with access to a wealth of opportunities and professions. Our graduates benefit personally, but also contribute their unique perspectives to society, culture, public service and the economy in all areas of London, the UK and around the world.
ABOUT THE POST
We are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and relationship‑focused UK Student Recruitment Business Development Manager to drive the University’s growth in the UK market. This is a strategic position that plays a key role in developing new recruitment channels, strengthening partnerships across the education sector, and ensuring our presence at major recruitment events is impactful and engaging.
You will lead on business development, agent management, and articulation agreements, while also representing the University at UCAS fairs, exhibitions, and national recruitment events. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our UK recruitment strategy and help more students access the transformative power of higher education.
You will be a confident communicator and relationship‑builder with strong experience in student recruitment, partnerships, or business development. You’ll bring strategic insight, a collaborative approach, and the ability to lead teams and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
You will thrive in a role that blends external engagement with strategic planning and have the initiative to explore new recruitment opportunities in a competitive sector landscape.
Closing date: 09 February 2026.
Interviews due to be held in the week commencing 23 February 2026.
