The Corporate and Professional Services departments are the cornerstone of the University. They each provide essential and valuable support to both each other and the Academic departments, helping the University to function in the most efficient and productive way, ensuring that the students’ experience is second to none.

The University of Buckingham is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Systems & Data Administrator to support the smooth running of our core financial operations. This is a key role within the Finance team, supporting the University’s financial systems, ensuring data accuracy, delivering high-quality reporting, and supporting colleagues across the institution.

A core part of the role includes supporting timely student invoicing processes, conducting data reconciliations, and collaborating with Finance, IT, and other departments to improve processes and ensure consistent, high-quality financial data.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has strong analytical ability, and can translate system processes into practical, user-friendly solutions for colleagues.
