Main duties and responsibilities
As our Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will be the technical authority and strategic leader for the entire Salesforce estate. Working closely with stakeholders across academic schools, student services, marketing, and professional departments, you will translate complex business needs into elegant, scalable and secure platform designs.

Skills and experience required
You will be an experienced Salesforce Architect with the confidence to lead platform strategy in a large, complex organisation—ideally with familiarity of UK Higher Education. You’ll bring a passion for user‑centred design, data integrity, secure architectures, and delivering digital solutions that have genuine impact.
Qualifications required
Holds a minimum of a degree or equivalent, or equivalent relevant experience
Holds qualification in computing at professional level or equivalent experience
Holds current relevant Salesforce certification
