We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Officer.
The Association for Nutrition is the UK’s professional body and independent regulator for Nutritionists. We have over 5000 registrants and accredit approximately 90 nutrition degree programmes across the UK, Ireland and internationally. We also provide quality assurance for CPD provision and foundational nutrition courses for non-nutritionists.
The Quality Assurance Officer works closely with the Quality Assurance Team Leader and is responsible for ensuring all applications are processed in a timely and effective manner. They will liaise with our pool of specialised assessors and support the work of relevant committees.
We are looking for a unique individual with experience in office administration, ideally from a membership, professional or regulatory body or Higher Education background, a strong attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to be a team player with a commitment to supporting the work of the wider team.
The AfN team work remotely, with occasional in-person meetings and team away days (usually in London).
This role is offered at 30 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days, with a salary rate of £28-30,000pa (pro-rata).
