The University of Birmingham is seeking a motivated and ambitious professional to join its Research Strategy and Services Division as Head of Research Operations, leading research support for the College of Medicine and Health.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in research contracts negotiation and related research support who are keen to broaden their career in a research-intensive university.
Working as part of a friendly, collaborative RSSD leadership team - alongside colleagues in Research Strategy and Development, Post Award, Trusted Research and Research Ethics, Governance and Integrity - the role holder will shape how research support operates across the full research lifecycle, while leading and developing a committed and talented team.
