About the role:
The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at Imperial Business School is seeking applications for up to three post-doctoral Teaching and Research Associates in areas relevant to the school’s teaching portfolio.
As a Teaching and Research Associate, you will have the opportunity to conduct your own research as well as collaborate on research with faculty members in the department, participating directly in ongoing research while supporting teaching and teaching-related activities across departments.
What you would be doing:
In addition to research activities (as described above) that will foster your research skills, such as quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis and academic writing, you will be asked to contribute to teaching and teaching-related activities under the supervision of and in collaboration with relevant members of staff and faculty.
What we are looking for:
We are keen to hear from you if you have recently completed (or are nearing completion of) a PhD degree in management and aspire to building an academic career at a top business school or management department. We welcome backgrounds from across the full spectrum of subdisciplines in management, including entrepreneurship, innovation, organizational behaviour, organization theory, and strategy.
A passion and commitment to research should be evident, as you will have the opportunity to interact and collaborate actively with faculty in research projects and activities, in addition to clearly identified teaching and teaching-related activities.

This is a full-time, fixed term contract for two years (with the potential for a one-year extension), based at Imperial’s South Kensington campus. We are recruiting for up to three positions in total.
