We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join the Learning Delivery and Experience (Student and Academic Success) division within the innovative Oxford Saïd Online (OSO) team.
OSO is the online education initiative of Saïd Business School, delivering world-class programmes in a fully digital format that combine academic excellence with an engaging, collaborative learner experience.
As Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our online programmes. You’ll oversee a variety of administrative and operational processes, from scheduling live online sessions to supporting programme delivery, financial coordination and process improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting online programme delivery through process management, documentation and cross-team collaboration.
- Monitoring learner engagement through platform metrics and analytics, collating data and reporting to support continuous improvement.
- Raising Purchase Orders via Oracle and assisting with recruitment administration.
- Maintaining and updating guides, workflows and checklists to ensure operational efficiency.
You will be proactive and detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills, able to manage operational and administrative processes independently in a digital-first environment. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident using tools such as Microsoft Office and Zoom.
