Location: de Havilland Campus, Hatfield
Main duties and responsibilities
To support the delivery of the account management plan within the Business Development Innovation team, maintaining consistency and coordination of client accounts across the Department. The post holder will support the operational delivery of post award/contract activity, including billing, purchasing, project compliance and data reporting. Additionally, the post holder will support the gathering of client feedback against knowledge exchange activities.
Skills and experience required
We are looking for someone with excellent administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines. Proven experience of clerking meetings and providing project or professional administrative support is essential, as is keen attention to detail. Applicants should have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, with advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and be comfortable with collecting and processing complex data with discretion. Demonstrable experience in coordination of projects from inception through to completion would be a distinct advantage, ideally with knowledge exchange or research projects in a HE context.
Qualifications required
Educated with a minimum of a degree, or equivalent level 6 qualification in a relevant subject, or substantial proven professional work experience.
