This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and highly efficient individual to provide high quality administrative support for staff and students within the School.

The role allows for hybrid working, with the expectation that the majority of the working days will be on Whiteknights campus.

You will be responsible for a range of administrative support activities including:

  • Day to day operational and facilities support for colleagues to ensure the smooth running of activities within the school
  • Acting as the initial point of contact for all Head of School enquiries and diary management
  • Supporting the wider Executive Support team as required

You will have:

  • Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Excellent IT skills including working with a range of IT packages and systems including Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A strong commitment to delivering high quality customer service
  • The ability to develop and sustain collaborative and effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential information
