ABOUT THE POST
London Metropolitan University is seeking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to deliver high-quality, customer-focused IT support to students, staff, and visitors. This front-facing role operates across face-to-face, and digital support channels, ensuring effective resolution of incidents and service requests, accurate triage, and clear guidance on IT services.
The postholder will work collaboratively with the Service Desk Lead, Service Support Lead, TechSmart team, and wider IT Services teams to support consistent service delivery, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and maintain a proactive, positive support experience for all users.
