The Opportunity
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of post-16 students by supporting their mental health, wellbeing, and personal development. Confident in your understanding of mental health challenges affecting post-16 learners, safeguarding requirements, the SEND Code of Practice, and the Equality Act 2010, you are committed to inclusive practice and collaborative working. You communicate with empathy and clarity, work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, and are proactive in signposting to external services where appropriate.
