We are seeking a credible and influential HR professional to join our well-established and highly regarded Business Partnering service. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of tomorrow and making a strategic impact within a future-focused university.
Our HR Business Partner model is a recognised institutional strength, providing consistent, trusted support across Schools and Professional Services. As we continue to deliver our 2030 Strategy, this role will further embed the People Plan locally, with a strong focus on impactful leadership, performance and development, attraction and retention, and building an adaptive, inclusive culture that supports change and drives engagement.

You will be a Chartered CIPD member with substantial HR Business Partnering experience within a large, complex organisation. You will bring:
Experience working with operational services particularly estates, facilities, and in highly unionised environments, is highly desirable, as this role will support Estates and Campus Services alongside other professional service areas.
