As we embark on an ambitious new five-year strategy, alumni engagement and philanthropic growth are central to our future. This is an exciting time to join a high-performing, collaborative team and play a vital role in shaping our global alumni community.

The Alumni Volunteer Officer is a dynamic, externally facing role supporting the development and growth of a vibrant global alumni network. You will build meaningful relationships with distinguished and highly engaged alumni volunteers around the world, supporting the School’s international engagement goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the full volunteer lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, recognition and succession planning.
  • Coordinate alumni chapter and special interest group activities and events, working with internal teams to manage logistics, CRM communications, venues, speaker research and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records in the External Relations database (DARS).
  • Research and implement best practice in volunteer management from leading global business schools.
  • Assist with budget management for volunteer activities.

You should bring proven experience in relationship management, with the confidence to engage and build partnerships with diverse stakeholders across the globe. You will demonstrate strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines, and excellent diplomatic and negotiation skills, exercising sound judgement, tact and confidentiality.
