Join Loughborough University as our new Triathlon Development Squad Coach and play a leading role in developing the next generation of student and national level triathletes. You’ll lead and deliver a high-quality coaching programme for the Triathlon Development Squad, working closely with the Triathlon Head Coach and wider performance staff to build a culture of excellence, innovation and athlete centred development. You’ll plan and deliver engaging training sessions across the season, manage weekly swim coaching, contribute to athlete selection, and support a high-performance environment that enables students to thrive in BUCS and national competition.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a vibrant and ambitious triathlon community at the UK’s leading sporting university. You’ll collaborate with student committees, the Athletic Union, Loughborough Sport staff and British Triathlon, helping ensure smooth programme delivery and strong external partnerships. The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic performance setting.
